On 17 May, in the brand new hotel ‘Sofitel Frankfurt Opera’, the AccorHotels Group hosted its annual corporate AccorHotels Client event. Looking at the organization, setting and theme, you can’t but notice that the AccorHotels Group is continuously aiming higher each edition for this exclusive corporate event that no one wants to miss. The choice of this year’s theme seemed almost obvious: ‘A Night at the Opera’, after all, the new 5-star hotel is located near the local opera, on the ‘Opernplatz’, or say Opera Square.
Upon arrival, the guests immediately realized that the look and feel of the Opera theme was carried out into the smallest details. Staff and extras seemed to have walked away from the famous musical ‘Phantom of the Opera’. Masked hostesses handed a mask to the guests and escorted them upstairs for the aperitif. After the speeches of Markus Keller, Senior Vice President of the AccorHotels’ Global Sales Organization, and Denis De Schrevel, General Manager of the Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, the guests were invited to discover the rest of the evening. In the banquet hall there was an abundance of delicacies and delicious wines. Dance acts accompanied by live opera singing were followed by a band that played contemporary music, which ensured dancing and partying until late. In short, another successful event by AccorHotels.
