The first weekend of May was a highlight for JADA events: the team organised its biggest ever corporate event at De Schorre in Boom for 75 years of Family Aid.

Familiehulp celebrates its 75th anniversary
And a celebration it certainly was! All employees and their families gathered with Familiehulp clients, partners and sponsors on the Tomorrowland festival meadow. A total of 17,500 guests enjoyed an extensive family day!
They transformed the domain into a real Family Aid domain: with numerous activities spread over 5 large zones, 2 stages and a Ferris wheel with a 360° view. For a heartwarming event where movement & fun were central.
Activities for young and old
There was no shortage of activities. Children and their parents enjoyed various initiations, from archery and fencing to pedalos. For the truly adventurous, there was a BMX course and a zipline. Those who preferred peace and quiet could enjoy a wonderful massage.
The eye-catcher was the Ferris wheel. A ride gave visitors an impressive view of the domain and its surroundings.
Musical performances
Besides the many activities, they also threw the dance legs loose. The small and big visitors enjoyed performances by Samson & Marie, Mega Mindy, Natalia, Belle Perez and Regi and Pauline. A great musical party!
And the rain? The visitors simply danced through that. It couldn’t spoil the fun!
The visitors and partners were more than enthusiastic. And that’s what they do it for!

The biggest corporate event ever
This family day was the biggest corporate event they have already had the honour of organising.
Eighteen months of preparation, more than 75 suppliers, 300 crew members, 300 catering crew members and 2 weeks of assembly and disassembly made this event one of the biggest productions in JADA events’ history.
