From 14 to 16 May, IMEX will take place in Frankfurt. IMEX is the place where the global meeting, event and travel sector comes together during Europe’s largest trade fair. No fewer than 3,883 buyers from 94 countries will make some 57,700 appointments over three days.
The Visit Bruges Convention Bureau cannot be missing from this international MICE fair either. This year, Bruges will present its ‘Visit Bruges’ stand (stand number E-130), measuring no less than 35 m2, where the partners BMCC, Historium, Bruges Beer Experience, Radisson Blu Brugge and Ibis Styles Zeebrugge will also represent our congress city.

Visit Bruges Convention Bureau is the city’s official convention bureau. The convention bureau actively bids and leads international associations, organisations and companies, particularly in those economic fields in which the city is strong: healthcare, port, ICT and mechatronics, tourism and culture. Partly thanks to mediation and support from the congress bureau, 73 events (including 37 major congresses) have already been confirmed for 2024, 2025 and 2026, accounting for more than 17,000 participants. Currently, Bruges is in the running for another 54 events (including 11 congresses), good for more than 10,000 participants.
