Broadening horizons
Our Pillows hotel collection continues to evolve and flourish. With the arrival of our first 5-star hotel, the Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park in Amsterdam, our hotel collection grows to 6 hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium. Where both restaurants in the hotel have received recognition from Michelin and Gault&Millau.
This autumn, we will open the doors of Inter Scaldes under the Pillows Hotel collection, our first Michelin restaurant combined with an intimate Boutique hotel.
