On 26 September, the Elisabeth Center in Antwerp will open its doors for the fourth edition of OMconference, an annual marketing event where the marketing decision-maker is immersed in a bath of inspiring speakers and has ample time to network with like-minded people. This year, sustainable marketing is the hot topic. A fascinating theme in which the marketing decision maker plays an important role towards his/her brand and customers. And OMconference walks the talk, because it will be the first CO2-neutral marketing event in Belgium. And that with the expert guidance of Utopia Events from Ghent.
Who is OMconference?
OMconference is an initiative of digital marketing agency OMcollective from Sint-Niklaas and 15 other partners. Together they join forces to create the event of the year for the marketing decision-maker. Without partners, there is no OMconference. One of the newcomers is Utopia Events. Utopia Events is a full-service events agency and an expert in the total organisation of sustainable events that go straight to the top. The ideal match and an indispensable added value for the ‘Sustainable Marketing’ edition of 2022.
Practice what you preach: Sustopia Label for OMconference
OMconference does not only want to incorporate the sustainable story in the programme, but also ‘walks the talk’. Under the guidance of ‘The carbon-neutral event agency Utopia’, OMconference aims to avoid or reduce CO2 emissions during the creation, the run-up to and the event day, to be as carbon neutral as possible and to become the first CO2 neutral marketing event in Belgium. The emissions that cannot be avoided are compensated in a certified climate project in collaboration with CO2logic.
The cooperation is not limited to the OMconference event alone, but also every partner in this story will be made aware of the possibilities to do (even) better.
Where and when?
OMconference takes place on Monday 26 September 2022 at the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center in Antwerp and has around 1,100 attendees each year.
