Welcome in the amazing world of our event venues we’re hiring for!
Let’s introduce you first the Event Lounge, located in Brussels: a premium venue where creativity has no limit! And of course, The EGG Brussels, a congress center for all conferences, meetings, conventions, … with a capacity of 5000m2 next to Brussels-south train station.
For both venues, we are looking for a new member for our venue management-team, who will market and promote this venue as if it were their own.
As Field & Project Coordinator, you will be in charge of:
- Management of day-to-day administration and organization
- Financial and operational reporting towards the management
- Relationship and contracts with suppliers and clients
- Development of business opportunities to promote events at both venues
- Housekeeper of the venues
- First contact of the clients
Skills
- Administrative skills, well-organized
- Dynamic, motivated, pro-active
- Responsible, client minded and solution oriented
- Hospitality Skills and attention to detail
- Stress resistant
- Autonomous and good team player
- Trilingual (NL/FR/EN)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, Google Analytics, etc…)
- Driver’s license type B
- Higher Degree in marketing & communication
- Marketing & Communication Knowledge
- Flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality!) (Willing to work on weekend and evenings)
