Already cocktail hour? The Loui Bar team created a beautiful menu dedicated to the terrace of Wiltcher’s: a wide range of champagnes and a wide selection of cocktails designed for the occasion.
Echoing her creations, Simona Tsacheva, the barmaid of Loui Bar became the best bartender of Belgium on April 18th in the competition organized by the Union of Belgian Bartenders. The fruity cocktail, named “Etta”, in reference to the singer Etta James, won unanimously. Simona was inspired by the melodies of the singer to create a feminine cocktail, perfectly balanced and with a nice color. Simona will represent Belgium in October at the International Competition of bartenders in Tokyo, Japan.
The Wiltcher’s terrace has 60 seats and overlooks the courtyard of the Hotel Steigenberger Wiltcher’s. It is open until midnight 7/7.
